Note: For best results, install updates and patches when no jobs or actions are in progress on the Fiery server or in Command WorkStation. • Start Command WorkStation. • Select Server > Device Center > Fiery Updates. • To view and install the available updates, click Updates underneath Fiery Updates, then click Update in the right pane for each update that you want to install. • To view the available patches, click Patches underneath Fiery Updates. • If a message about the System Updates option displays, click Yes to disable System Updates on the Fiery server.
Fiery software reinstall - how? I have a EXP250 running a Docucolor 240 that I want to try a clean install of software on. I have EFI Fiery System Software v1.1 and also a unopened disk.
System Updates must be disabled before patches can be downloaded using the Fiery Updates feature in Command WorkStation. • Select the patches to install. When you select a patch, any required previous patches are also automatically selected. • If a message about Fiery API displays, click OK to install Fiery API.
