Why haven't they been released yet in SACD or DVD-A??? Who wouldn't buy a MCH SACD with Wish You Were Here, even if it was the 10th copy you bought in your life. It's one thing to post a link. Mark spent a lot of time and effort to create that listing, not only using the Quad Incorporated, but getting input from us 'quaddies' tweaking the list and getting it straight. Now, it sits here as an AVS Forum resource. In some ways, I think that sucks.but that's just me. Although I don't think it is necessary to post the list here, I don't find it offensive in any way. After all it is just a list of old recordings that only a minuscule group of people even cared about when originally released. I purchased some of the albums and remember some others and having lived through it all, I can say most were hardly even noticed by the general population. It was a good effort to put it all together and make it available but the idea of the list being a protected work that should only be available on one precious site, I don't get it. I sure wish I had held onto my quad albums and tapes, but I didn't dream they would ever be worth anything when it all ended back in the 70's. I love DVD-A, SACD and DVD-V surround and won't make that mistake if things end similarly now. I have enough players to be able to play those formats for the rest of my life.
