By russian version im going to assume you have the russian version of Sims 3 and if it didn't stop the children then I don't think its the problem. So lets start fresh and move your Mods folder some where else and then unzip and then put in it's Mod folder in. Here is the toddler version put that package in the fresh Mods folder. Now start up Sims and start a new world, new family, activate KW and regsister the animations. The regsister keys should be: KW_L666_Animations KW_L666_Kinky_Animations KW_AdonC_Animations KW_ConC_Animations KW_ADonT_Animations Look aruond through the settings and enable Teen blood relative and enable always accept as well.You should be able to start with kids but for toddlers they need to be able to speak.

For those interested - current public version of K69 animation pack is v1.6 (i think, which is 57 animations), but the most recent version on patreon is v2.0 (which is 82 animations) You can easily reach it on google if you want. I could attach it here, but i don't want to hit forums 'Rule2' or wrath of the one of very few active creators.
