Life, as always, has been super layed back here. We wish there were more exciting events to update on, but just doing the same old things never gets old. Woke up this morning after another drunkin Thursday night at The Banana and got the news about the tragic quake in Japan. More importantly the tsunami warnings for the Pacific Coasts. Word on the street was that we were going to be hit around four.

My neighbor spent the day storing her valuables as high as she could in her room. Others behind us packed as well and headed for higher ground. James and I took no such percaution, in fact, debated if we should go to the beach or maybe even surf. Just recently read an article which measures your 'core score'. Caveat surfer!

No worries people, the Costa Rican National Emergency Commission labeled the tsunami warning a green alert and did not consider it to be threatening. So good news today we're tsunami free.

Until next time. So we've been lame and lazy. Haven't updated in a while so here's our week and a half summary.

Haven't been surfing recently. Due to an allergic reaction to what we think we're cashews we cooked over a fire and the oils. Basically my entire waste where i touched to pick up my pants and a few spots on my upper body had a serious red rash. Went to the doctors a few mornings ago around 9:40 to see excatly what it was becasue it was spreading pretty fast. The nurse said he would be in around 10:00. Ten came and went and around quarter after he walked in with his short board in hand shirt and shoes off.

Haha classic. Couldn't miss the morning session. He gave me two shots in the butt and a perscription for some meds. Basicallly a few days later and $100 poorer it has gotten better and ill be back in the water later this afternoon. The night scene hasn't changed much. La banana on thursday nights, gilded iguana on tuesday nights followed by the banana and tropicana on sat.

This past sat. Night Johnny Dread had a concert at the home home the women who owns the 'Tropi'.

He was awesome, but didnt go on until midnight, so i was super tired and had kinda lost my buzz. Last night we went to a skate party at the Tree House. The tree house is super cool. Its a camp ground where people can stay if they want.
